General Terms and Conditions

Article 1: General & Scope 

These terms and conditions apply to all orders concluded through the sales presence on the Payhip platform between Ronny Wollmann (hereinafter „Seller“) and the Customer. The website naturwandel.com is used to present the goods and links to the shop at Payhip for the technical ordering process. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Conclusion of contract (offer and acceptance) 

(1) The presentation of the products on the website naturwandel.com does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is a non-binding invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).

(2) When you click a purchase button on my website, you will be redirected to the external platform of the service provider Payhip. Only by clicking the [Order subject to payment / Buy now] button in the checkout process there do you make a binding purchase offer.

(3) The contract will be concluded if I accept your order through an automated confirmation email from Payhip immediately after the order is submitted.

Article 3: Prices and small business status 

The prices quoted are in euros. As a small business owner within the meaning of § 19 UStG, no sales tax is calculated and therefore is not shown on the invoices. Shipping or handling costs are reported separately in the ordering process and are additionally borne by the customer.

Article 4: Payment 

Payment is due immediately on the day of the order. Payment is made using the payment methods offered by Payhip (e.g. PayPal, Stripe). Payment cards are subject to validation review by your card issuer. We are not liable for delays or non-deliveries if the required payment authorization is not granted.

Article 5: Delivery and transfer of risk 

Delivery will be made to the address you provided during the ordering process. For consumers, the risk of accidental sinking and accidental deterioration of the goods sold only passes to the customer upon delivery. In the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary to ensure that you receive your product or are compensated.

Article 6: Specificity of products (unique pieces) 

Many of the products offered are handmade unique pieces made from natural materials. Minor variations in color, shape or grain compared to the product images are due to the material, do not represent a defect and underline the authenticity of the craft.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal 

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to the separate withdrawal instructions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs or manufactured according to customer specifications.

Article 8: Retention of title 

Until full payment is made, the delivered goods remain the property of Ronny Wollmann.

Article 9: Final provisions 

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
