Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days
- For physical products: from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
- For digital products (downloads): from the day of the conclusion of the contract, as long as execution has not yet begun.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal (for Physical Products)
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received your withdrawal notification.
I will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Special Rules for Digital Products (Downloads)
If you purchase a digital product (e.g., PDF file, audio, video, software):
- Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that I may begin execution of the contract before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
- This consent and confirmation are obtained from you during the checkout process via my service provider Payhip.
- Once I have made the digital product available (e.g., by sending the download link), you can no longer withdraw if you have previously given your consent.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., custom-made products upon customer request);
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the package was unsealed after delivery.
Note on My Handmade Unique Items
My handmade unique items made from natural materials are not considered custom-made products under this exception, as long as you have not requested a personal design or individual modifications from me. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal applies fully to these unique items.
