Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal: 

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. B. inform a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this Agreement. You can use the sample revocation form below, but it is not required.

In order to preserve the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you cancel this contract, we will have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of the goods You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or destination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
