ARE WE A FIT

With heart, hand and posture

I work at the interface of spatial concept, structure and material.

I'm interested in projects with substance, not quick solutions, and not run-of-the-mill. If I commit to a project, it's with the expectation that it will last.

I think spaces conceptually. My studies in communication design with a focus on stage and costume continue to shape my understanding of proportion, atmosphere and spatial dramaturgy. For me, design doesn't start with the material, but with the idea behind it.

Experiences in film, including as a prop builder, have further sharpened my eye for precision, detail, and translating concept into real objects.

Wood, metal and selected material combinations form the basis of my practical work. I am interested in transitions, construction and the interplay of form and function. It is implemented within my area of competence. Areas requiring special technical expertise will be implemented in the course of the project in cooperation with qualified specialist partners.

My path has grown self-taught. Over many years I have acquired in-depth knowledge of materials, construction and realization.

Responsibility, realism and a clear view of feasibility form the basis of my work.

Within a project, I maintain structure and alignment so that an idea becomes a viable result. Especially in more complex processes, I bring overview and clarity. I keep the common thread, connect those involved and recognize early on where a project can develop.

Outdoor kitchens and communal cooking areas are a particularly exciting field for me. Here function, atmosphere and social space combine naturally.

I don't work for money alone. But I don't work below value either. Investment is part of the structure because quality needs stability.

I'm not looking for a mass of commissions, but rather strong projects with character. Projects that carry. Projects that work.

What emerges speaks for itself.

If you recognize yourself in it, this is where the next step begins.
