I work at the intersection of spatial design, structure, and materials. My focus is on projects with substance. No quick fixes, no run-of-the-mill solutions. When I take on a project, I do so with the expectation that it will stand the test of time.
From concept to object
For me, design begins with an idea, not with the material. My background in communication design (stage and costume) continues to shape my sense of proportion, atmosphere, and spatial dramaturgy. My experience in film production has sharpened my eye for precision and the translation of concepts into tangible objects.
Structure & Support
I bring clarity to complex processes. I maintain the overarching vision and direction to ensure that an idea develops into a viable outcome. A clear understanding of feasibility and accountability forms the foundation of this process. One area that particularly excites me is outdoor kitchens and social spaces here, the essentials come together naturally.
Material & Realisation
Wood, metal, and clean combinations of materials form the foundation of my work. I am interested in transitions, construction, and the interplay between form and function. My approach has developed over the years through self-study, grounded in a deep understanding of materials and their application. When specialized technical expertise is required, I specifically bring in qualified partners.
Haltung
I don’t work just for the money, but I also don’t undervalue my work. Investment is part of the equation, because quality requires stability. I’m not looking for quantity, but for strong projects with character - projects that stand the test of time and make a real impact.
