2. Data collection on this website (server log files) 

This web page is operated using Odoo's system. When the web page is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data is collected in so-called server log files:

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

  • Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)

  • Time of the server request

This data is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website and to ensure the functionality of the content. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Shop processing via Payhip 

I offer handmade unique pieces for purchase on this website. If you would like to purchase a product, the ordering process and payment processing are carried out through the service provider Payhip (Payhip Ltd, UK). Clicking a purchase button will redirect you to Payhip's platform. The order data you entered there will be collected for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and transmitted to me. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Scope of data processing on order 

When you place an order via Payhip, I process the following data:

  • Order details: name, delivery address and email address. I need these for shipping the goods and invoicing.

  • Payment information: Payment is made through providers such as PayPal or Stripe. I do not have access to your full payment details (such as credit card numbers) at any time.

6. Transfer to shipping service providers 

To ensure that your unique item arrives safely, I will give your name and address to the shipping company (e.g. B. DHL or Deutsche Post). The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR.

6. Email communication 

When you send me an email, your information, including the contact details you provided there, will be saved with me for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.

7. Your rights 

You have the right at all times to free information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to rectify, block or delete this data. Please contact the email address above. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
